As Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Andrea Milner oversees the promotion and growth of the master’s degree programs at Adrian College. She holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction, a M.E. in Elementary & Early Childhood Education, and a B.E. in Elementary Education, all from the University of Toledo.
